Ways of Use
The Truffle Sauce Without Aromas can be consumed both at room temperature and heated; in order not to alter the aroma and flavor of the product, we recommend adding only extra virgin olive oil and heating in a pan for a few minutes.
Ideal to be spread on toasted bread for an excellent bruschetta, Truffle Sauce Without Aromas is also perfect for seasoning pasta or rice dishes, as a filling for stuffed pasta or combined with second courses of meat; Truffle-free Aroma Sauce can be the protagonist of characteristic dishes, such as truffle omelette or truffle egg shredded, and can strengthen the aroma and flavor of dishes based on Black Truffle or Summer Truffle.
