The kitchen is treated in every detail, starting from the value of the raw material, starting with the oil that comes directly from our Carletti Oil Mill.
We specialize in a typical and traditional cuisine, with the products of the oil mill, including oil, truffle, olive sauces, legumes.
All our pastas are homemade, by hand and we use fresh and top quality ingredients, such as trout and crayfish, with modern and avant-garde conservation techniques.
The restaurant has 2 large rooms, open kitchen and terrace overlooking the marvelous Fonti del Clitunno.
