Thanks to the lower cost compared to that of the Precious Black Truffle, the Summer Truffle can also be used in the kitchen every day without financial worries.
The Summer Truffle is collected from May to August (hence the name of Summer) but thanks to the conservation in brine it can be enjoyed all year round.
Pickled whole summer truffles are cleaned, boiled and stored in their cooking water. The procedure ensures maximum yield of the truffle which retains all its organoleptic characteristics.
In the glass jar, each pickled Summer Truffle is whole, in its cooking water, without dyes and preservatives, ready to be sliced ​​or grated according to the chosen use and used for bruschetta, crostini, pasta, risotto, fillings and eggs .

Ways of Use
The Summer Truffle is enhanced by preparations in which there are olive oil, butter or cheeses but also meat and fish dishes.
