The Summer Truffle Sauce is an excellent condiment for appetizers, first courses, second courses of meat, bruschetta and croutons.
Composed 80% of Black Summer Truffles in extra virgin olive oil, this sauce releases all the aroma and intense but soft flavor of the Summer Truffle.

The Black Summer Truffle, also called scorzone for its warty rind, is harvested from May to August from which the name of Summer. The Summer Truffle is characterized by an intense but soft smell, slightly porcine and hazelnut, and by a pleasant taste. Its aroma is not damaged but enhanced by cooking so it can be used on a large variety of both cold and hot dishes.
The Summer Truffle Sauce consisting of only Summer Truffle in olive oil and spices, allows you to always have a fragrant sauce with which to season pastas, risotto, second courses of meat or simply bruschetta and croutons. It can also strengthen the scent and flavor of dishes based on Summer Black Truffle.

Ways of use
To make the best use, add extra virgin olive oil as required and heat in a pan for a few minutes.
The Summer Truffle Sauce can be used for bruschetta, pasta, risotto. meat and fish main courses and fillings.
Try adding the Summer Truffle Sauce to a dish with mushrooms, courgettes and parmesan cheese, courgette cream or spaghetti or strangozzi with quail eggs and parmesan cheese.
Recommended 20-25 gr per person.
